After you sign up for a Free Trial, you will receive access to training videos and if you need one-on-one training give us a call. We are available to help. It is a 30 day trial. Once the trial expires you will continue on the full access program unless you request otherwise.
Is my data secure?
We treat security of your data very seriously. We have applied industry standard practices for data security and use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption for all information transmitted.
Where is my data being stored?
We collect no payment information and use Industry Leader Stripe to handle payments. All non-payment data is stored securely in a server that resides in British Columbia, Canada.
What is a 30-day money back guarantee?
If My Financial Future doesn’t work out for you for any reason, , just cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 30 days and that’s it. There is no cost to you to try it out.
Can I upgrade/change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You’ll only be billed until the end of your current billing period and that’s it. There are no cancellation charges.
Does my Free Trial come with full functionality?
Absolutely, you have full access to all functionality we offer during your free trial.

Support Included?
Yes, support is included in your monthly subscription. If you have any questions or need any help in using the software there is a feedback/support button available throughout the system.
Our support team gets any feedback sent immediately, and generally respond within a day or less.
What about Refunds?
The first 30 days is free, this allows for plenty of time to try out the system and see if it fits for you. Because of that we do not give out refunds. You can change or cancel your plan at any time with no cancellation fees
Can I change or cancel my Plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan or cancel at any time. Any changes to your plan will be effective for the next billing cycle.
To change or cancel your plan simply edit your plan after logging in.
